I am giving the 5 stars because of the creativity, the smell, and the sensation around the product. The smell and skin-feel after use is impeccable. However, though I have never received a response, the product has given me a tingly/itchy feeling though I do not have sensitive skin and as a middle eastern person, I am quite used to fragrance oils and natural soaps (especially Nablus soap). So this is the only comment I have. Not sure if others have experienced the same, but if so, this could be a good start for improvement.

It is very nice and refreshing I keep on using it for my face only, it took the dark spots, I gave one for my doters and another one for my mother they where so happy, I am proud that it was made in Suriya, I am planning to get a new box as soon as it is finish.
